5. Disallowed Material/Prevention Of CSAM
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Shotafile DOES NOT endorse or condone the sharing or spreading of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) and other material that is HIGHLY illegal and/or problematic. We use a tool that Cloudflare provides to prevent such material, and all uploaded content may be scanned for this reason.
Enforcement and Cooperation
We reserve the right to block access to the website or any of its sub-websites if we consider you, or any network you use, to be complacent or acting in bad faith regarding these behaviors. We will not hesitate to react and/or work with law enforcement agencies to prevent the further spreading of such material.
Reporting Illegal Material
If you find illegal material on our servers, please do not hesitate to use the abuse report form. This helps us take prompt and effective action.
